The  IRIS in Action insight series offers a platform for professionals seeking to strengthen referral practices across their local systems and advance best practices for collaborating across diverse sectors. Each quarter’s discussion will provide attendees with actionable applications and opportunities to learn from other professionals.  

This series will create a compelling entry point for those unfamiliar with IRIS, while providing a platform for IRIS Communities to speak to their experiences and insights that resonate with others interested in collaborative referral coordination. Content will spotlight lessons learned, implementation strategies, and practice guidance drawn directly from our work, helping participants see clear connections to their own priorities and contexts.
